I just came across a few of your videos. Looks like great work! A question for you is I'm also in Pennsylvania in the Poconos. I'm looking at purchasing a house with a basement history I'm not familiar with. What do you put on the basement floor to keep mold mildew wetness and moisture out?

Would you damage the cement by nailing 2x4 into the weak internal sump pump cement that is not thick. Or can you put down dricore and nail into that instead

Thinking about finishing my basement which is approximately 1200 sq.ft. Approximately how long does it take you to build a basic basement with a full bath, furnace room and a basic room for an office. I do understand it will take me longer than you. The idea of the sump pump is for it not to fail. Ours have battery backup and secondary emergency pump systems which make it virtually impossible for a pump to fail, so stick that in your pipe and smoke it boy.

Hey! I know it's been a year since I see someone posted to this video. But I love that floor plan! I did search on google, but there is so many software with the same or similar name and they look nothing like what your floor plan looks like. I tried many. Even expensive CAD software (so hard to use CAD). I was wondering is by any chance (crossing my fingers here) you have the Software box which states the Software maker Company Name and Model number or brand of this particular one you use. Yes, I heard you said it was old but that's okay with me and the wife. It wold help us so, so much if you can get us this information. If you can't locate the software box, the software model number and company, edition it's located inside the app when you are using the app, look for the "about" tab and click there. We hope you can get this for us. Thanks!

It's called 3-D Home Architect Deluxe and it's made by Borderbund. You can find old copies of this software on Ebay for around $80.00. Eddie
