How does the uber version create fury from the beginning since you need fury to attack with bash. I get the non uber version because it has fury generation on helm and boots. The uber version doesn't though so I can't attack anything because I can't generate fury.

@@flowqi212 I wonder why all barb players are so braindead. Like i really wonder why they will take the most insane bug that will obviously not make it to live to say that Sorc is strong. Go watch Mekuna play, he spent like 6 hours trying to replicate that bug and couldnt. Barb is currently 10,000% stronger than Sorc. Barb needs to be heavily nerfed for the game to ever be balanced. But Rob does not care for the health of the game, he just wants Barb to be op. Luckily Poe2 is coming out soon tm.

@Mas-ij3ti geez, calm down man. Nobody says that Sorc doesn't need help and that Barbs don't need to be fixed. But replacing one broken thing with 2 new broken things won't help anyone. If these items make it to the live server unchanged, balance and build variaty will be even worse than it is now. The top 3 Barb builds are all based on bugs in S4, these things have to be fixed first.

Have you tried using Magnus Optus with this build? Since you have so much fury you could do the build where for every fury you have you do 0.4% more damage or something like that I think Cliptis ran a build like that at one point in season 4 and it was pretty solid

Have you tried a similar setup with dual-wield instead of Hammer of the Ancients you play Rapture for extra attack speed with these new unique items, I feel like that's even faster gameplay and you probably regen and spend fury more often for more damage.

I probably missed something very obvious here.. but my bash cost is 25, not 5, and I generate 15, for a fury that gradually works it's way down to zero (with fury generation on helm, chest, and boots, as well as a temporary 2h-sword with max-rolled fury cost reduction..) - what did I miss that is reducing the bash cost to 5? (I don't have all the ubers yet, just the Ring..)

Not dumb at all. First of all Bash needed to be fixed, secondly the items are not Barb exclusive. Sorcs can even do Pit 200 bosses with the same gear ;)

The reason is simple, before you could reach an incredible power to early, I have seen barb at level 30 do multiple million hit, cause almost all the damage come for a single temper affix, now to reach that damage, and even higher, you actually need more time and the journey doesn’t end after 4 hours ones you hit the bash temper on all your weapons as season 4

Bash temper is bugged, it gives multiplicative bonus, there's charge and dustdevil dmg temper too in the game but it's additive. Why only bash multiplicative but not charge & dustdevil? See the problem?

Newb Question: These builds (like most endgame builds) don't have anywhere near enough resists. 45 (base jewelry) + 24 (royal diamonds) + 9ish (paragon) + 10ish (all resists on gear) = 88ish - 50 = 38ish. That is way off the max! I really must be missing something. :(

Additional Fortify sources are stilled needed on high tier - you spent 15 & you gain 15 so that is no problem & actually really good. With seems not worth it atall unfortunately

Not really, it's single target only and dmg is still much lower than bash, I mean you can still use it and you can still clear most content if not all content, just you won't be clearing high pits which is fine I guess. Also frenzy necklace sucks, basically legendary is better.

I've got the same build, maxed weapons and aspects (no uber unigues though) and i'm hitting nowhere near those numbers. Before season 5 i could kill any tormented boss and get to pit 100 easily. Now, i can barely kill pit 80 bosses, tormented bosses are untouchable.

I still don't know how is this possible tbh. Pit 80 bosses take forever to kill, i managed to kill tormented echo of Andariel, but still have issues with damage. Season 4, i used to hit 30-60 million, now my hits are down to 3-7, best case about 15 million. I've got 57% critical strike chance and 1607% critical damage, so that's not it. Plus, tried to uses shard of Verathiel and ran out of fury after 4-5 swings, so i must be doing something wrong there.

Bash barb it's an good build once you got the uber. Before you got the uber it doesn't work well.

I want life steal for my barb!!! Maybe just an aspect for frenzy that gives life steal and atk speed or something, frenzy dustdevil would be awesome, I spent like 60 hours just trying to get good GA gear and it wasn't happening, when i would finally find something id brick it, really not sure how people get all the GAs they need and the perfect tempers and masterwork rolls, i could find 10 griffons eyes in d2 by the time i get there.

At least it's harder for them to decide to nerf a build that use the sword. The sword that gives the basic skill multiplicative bonus can be equipped to all classes not just barb. If they nerf the sword just because bash is OP they will end up nerfing all builds from all classes that uses the sword.
