Also it depends on the quality of the gel polish. I use Arte Clavo, MTSSII gel and Born Pretty cheapo Ebay gel polish. Budget girls can't spend £14/$18 on a 10 ml/8oz tiny bottle! Silcare Color It! is a really good budget brand! Tip is to use a good base and a good topcoat! And add 3-6 topcoats! To encapsulate the polish and prevent dings and chips! UK 🇬🇧 26.12.23

Thank you! I recommend wetting a small brush with some acetone to clean the finger tip if any polish gets on the skin!

Hi! So these do need a uv or led lamp in order to cure (dry). There are some really great cheap options on amazon that work well!

Rule of thumb. All gel needs a light. If it does not need a UV lamp to set then it is not gel polish.
