When I see some of these movements I remember training capoeira angola back in the day in Toronto. Lots of playfulness, strength, flexibility and flow movement. Need to get back into those movements.

Hi strength side, I would appreciate your help. I hope you get to see this message. I have lower back pain especially the left side of my lower back and sometimes it seizes up. I believe it’s down to a lateral pelvic tilt. My legs and hips just feel uneven and I could really have help with some decent stretches and exercise to do to help this? Would be great if you cover this in a video! Your vids are excellent, keep up the work thanks

Seeing as this comment is from 6 months ago you probably already found one or forgot but the movement you are referring to is known as a “Macacco” in capoeira. I’m not sure if I spelled it right but if you search tutorials for it here on KZbin you should find plenty 🙏
