i finally got around to trying your recipe it was really good n easy i left the kimchee on the counter for a day before refrigerating n it was just right i liked your instruction on how to check the cabbage after salting thats a great hint

Don’t use regular salt… even after washing it was salty but the taste was spot on… had to toss that batch and made a new one…

This is commercial type. Why use that when you can make it cheaper. Remember that there are so many variations. It's always a challenge to make my own and save money.

Doesn't matter. I usually use plastic if I don't have glass.

Remember, sometimes plastic leaves red stains or the smell is hard to get rid of.

It didn’t taste good, how long can you leave the cabbage with water? It was two days and still hard but I was afraid it will go bad under the water 😢

Maybe the weather. In winter, I may have to leave it out 2-3 days.
