Permisi kak, untuk choc compound sendiri jika diganti coverture apakah akan memprngaruhi tekstur cake dan masa simpan jika dlm suhu ruang ?

untuk merk hand mixer bisa apa saja,,tetapi pilih yang memanjang seperti di video,,bukan yang untuk mengocok adonan cake. kalau di industri pembuatan makanan, ini namanya immasive blender. kalau merk yang terkenal ada tokebi, philipps dll

Halo kak makasih banyak atas resepnya❤️ apakah glucose bisa diganti dengan corn syrup? Dan apakah gelatine sheets bisa diganti gelatin powder? Kalau bisa, berapa takaran gelatine powder dan air untuk bloomingnya kak?

glucose bisa diganti dengan corn syrup. gelatine sheet bisa diganti dengan gelatine powder, biasanya 1:5 (gelatine powder:water) tapi untuk resep ini saya belum pernah coba kak. kalau pun mau dicoba, setelah gelatine powder di blooming,jgn lupa di bain marrie dulu sebelum dimasukan kedalam mixturenya kak biar tidak menggumpal.

penyimpanan mirror glaze baik disimpan selama 3-6 hari,,lebih dari itu nanti aroma chiller akan terasa di mirror glaze.

you can use either the powder or liquid, but you can use both.too

She use white oil based food coloring, or titanium dioxide foodgrade for the powder
