I was a home brewer and beer salesman in San Diego California, we distributed Ballast Point in their hay day , at a event spoke to the brewmaster Colby Chandler and he said they would do this taking yellow tail pale ale runnings for their double ipa dorado. Sounds like its common in large scale breweries . great content

Glad to keep seeing you guys kick out videos...met you guys decade ago at the AHA (after already being a longtime podcast listener & watcher). Does Steve still have his Homebrew shop? BTW I love cloudy beer.....taste the same as clear when i close my eyes, or in the dark.
