This was the best explanation for ACL. Especially the debugging part to verify the setup. Thanks Sir for dedicating your time in making such a fruitful videos. Basico ServiceNow has the best intructor no doubt about that.

Hai sir, u given a role as DEMO ONE in ACL. But u changed impersonate user....DEMO ONE. I need to know u given role, changed user how acl works..?

In Name field after name , if we select "none" or " *" both the explanations are giving same meaning na... please clarify this

If user wants to access task, I should select sc-task table ?? They are able to see RITM but not Task under RITM. Please help

Need help: I worked as data security analyst in identity access management, and global access provision team. Skill: Servicenow ticketing tool, ibm mauinframe, active directory, web application, incident Stask. My work process only hanling SLA priority tickets on Servicenow tool. Daily creation id, roles, groups, dep/div and login ID and password credentials, handling incident issues But I am not getting any job snd not short listing also.. Please help what go do??????
