Please explain where the Rho required came from?? The Formula I mean, and also what value to be used in Mu-max in every direction?
@structuralgeeks633 жыл бұрын
Hello Jedar, the rho req. formula is explained in previous videos on flexural (bending) analysis and design. Please check those videos in my channel and you shall find the required details. For Mu-max, I am not sure what your question means. We normally use the higher Mu in each direction for the design of the reinforcement of that direction.

what happens if the slab is on the ground?
@michaeladams28783 жыл бұрын
I would like to see how you get No. 13 bars with such high moments!
@structuralgeeks633 жыл бұрын
if the capacity of the section is enough then it is ok to use No. 13 bars. The moments in our slabs here were not very high.
