BASICS OF COVID-19: INTRODUCTION

Great presentation and series & very informative. AIIMS released a new interim clinical guidance today ie 10th June, 2020 and mentions use of HCQ for treatment. I am wondering why is the drug being continued at your center despite various studies in Lancet, NEJM showing no real stasticial efficacy. I would really appreciate your opinion on this. Thank you.

Some facts are wrong....like covid 19 was declared public health emergency on 30th jan 2020.... The same day when india reported its first covid 19 case in Kerala 👍

What is the proportion of patients getting infected with the less virulent strain? Is herd immunity achievable , if there are reported cases of reinfection ?
