Basics...training a somatic therapy horse.

This shows the very start of training and bonding with a thoroughbred kill pen rescue. It exhibits the start of our journey. This was Jan 2017. Mystery could not stand still and was a danger to running "through" people. As with what was done with myself. This shows the lack of boundaries and wall for connecting (attachment, emotional intimacy). "Running" from the emotions and reality of trauma. The basic being "ok" to stand still in self with emotions of grief, betrayal trauma, vulnerability of authenticity and more.
I incorporated exercises from Carson James and Clinton Anderson. The rest was my own inner "womb wisdom" of reconnecting with my feminine essence and innocence.
