I made my own pumpkin puree a couple years ago and at the time I thought the effort of chopping sugar pumpkins in half wasn't worth the puree at the end, but now this video has me thinking when fall comes around again this year, I ought to give it another shot! 😊 Also, for easier portioning, try freezing the puree in ice cube trays! Then, after a couple hours, you can pop them out and bag them. :) It's an extra step, but it can make things easier for your future self! Love your videos! Keep up the good work! 😁👍

Mind blown!! Didn't even know to make puree you need the right type of pumpkin. I tried using the regular pumpkin and ended up with watery stringy mess so this explains a lot LOL 😂
