Rohanvir needs to become the main parcharak of this channel, he has similar pull that Jagraj had, the way he talks and carries himself is very relatable and easy to listen to

Hi BOS TV, I noticed that the auto-generated captions on this video are misrepresenting the word “Sikh” as “sick” or “six.” I have already reported this issue to KZbin, but it would be helpful if others could report it as well to ensure it gets addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sikhi is challenging…. But this makes me hopeful for my kids. You all kept your hair. My older son cut his after coming out. But my younger one seems strong so we pray Waheguru ji will guide us. ❤️

before college(india) i was complete sikh, in college , with bad sangat i say, got into bad shitty habits, got my hairs and beard trimmed, last year , discovered the basics of sikhi channel and what changed me completely is gaini sher singh g , his katha will nuture one;s mind so much, started reading gurbani with single page, now life is changed, i do path daily, read girbani as well and living a decent life ... make your kids watch the gaini sher sing g katha , as well as on gurbani on daily basis

Thank you so much guys for this video and all the sewa you continue to do. I listened to the whole video on my commute to and from work. I'm sure I'm not the only one but it made me smile and laugh and gain knowledge. I'm 39 and going through similar obstacles in life at present. Thank you for normalising sikhi and showing me that it's OK not to be perfect. We're all still human at the end of the day. This has actually made the journey less scarey❤️ May maharaaj bless you all so you can continue to do this sewa .

Vaheguru 🙏❤. Thank you guys for the incredible seva you guys do here and on Basics of Sikhi, and obviously because of Guru Ji's kirpa. Loving these podcasts, sharing them and the BOS videos helped me help so many people, Guru Ji's kirpa. Reminds me of this saying I heard one time I think it was from this channels podcasts videos and one of you said how you can probably count all the stars in the sky but never count how many people Dhan Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj has saved 🙏🙏.

@@BasicsofsikhiTV Hey, I was on the BOS SoundCloud earlier and I noticed the podcast playlist hasn't been updated for a while. Only 6 episodes of the 10 are uploaded in it. Do you guys mind updating it? We would all appreciate that. Thanks.

1:33 - Importance of Sangat, just another thought - when you are on your own you're helping yourself, and when you're in sangat Guru Sahib gives you seva to help others, which is a profoundly transformative thing for the ego, being in service to others gives you SO much more.

This maybe a daft question but are there any tips how to give up meat? I'm a very fussy eater and I struggle with my weight and have always been conscious of my body. I've always felt if I gave it up I would lose more weight
