Former star Illinois basketball player Terrence Shannon Jr. was found not guilty of felony rape by a jury in Kansas. Shannon was arrested in December after an allegation of rape, following an incident in September at a bar in Lawrence, Kansas. We break down the story and why some people think the accuser purposefully lied.

The case should have been dismissed before it ever went to trial. The defense artorney called the detective "lazy snd incompetent". I hope TSJ sues the shit out of the DA and the Lawrence PD. They did their best to ruin the young mans life. For being educated, the two assistant DAs looked completely stupid throughout the entire trial. Their degrees arent worth the paper they are written on.

An 18 year old with a fake ID. Who then went back to the same bar the next night. Now, I might be in the minority, but I’m thinking something actually happened to her. But if that is the case it’s obvious that it wasn’t him. And, if you’re going to falsely accusing people, then yes she needs to go away for a while. I think she should have to spend the same amount of time away that he would have had to if convicted.

But those text messages with the money signs was a blaring sign that this was an intention frame job. They are certain American mothers who are raising their daughter and teaching them how to make false allegations. This is not something that is random. Young women are taught this with the idea their will be a financial benefit for them. It is disgusting and people need to be held accountable.

He was found NOT GUIlTY according to the official Verdict. What these guys are thinking of is the technical distinction between not guilty( acquitted) and “found innocent” But this man was found as innocent as he could be based on the detials provided. The jury knew he didn’t do what the said he did. It was clear as day. They had literally NO evidence. The local authorities were sort of pressed on why they didn’t ask for more information from the girls friends and TSJs company during that trip, as well as other witnesses, and they spewed some bullsit like “we choose to beleive women.” Ya right . If this was a local kanas white star athelte and a black women? I don’t even want to say..

There is another Kansas basketball player Arterio Morris last year was accused of rape in Lawrence. He was kicked off the team. The charges were dropped not enough evidence. There is a real problem with these rape accusations. I personally think the accusers should be charged with something.
