When your working out in season as a PG and want to get shifter should you do more freestyle dribbling or reps on different moves?
@tjltraining3 ай бұрын
Freestyle or drills to specifically challenge certain qualities you want to improve, practice moves you won’t really use isn’t a good use of time

am a bad shooter. but im a great finisher around the rim but i cant shoot to save my life . do u think its better to fix my form first then working on shooting .or i should start shooting first ??
@tjltraining3 ай бұрын
Yeah you most likely need to fix your form for sure then worry about getting reps

What is the best way to learn a move/ skill in Basketball? For instance, I wanna learn pullup jumpshot, should I keep doing it over and over? Because I find it quite difficult to transfer it in my game.
@tjltraining3 ай бұрын
No you are better off putting yourself in 1v1 or 2v2 situations and focusing on that first over a long period of time, then if you have something specific you need to train supplement that in and find ways to challenge that specific skill or quality

@@tjltraining that makes a lot of sense. I’ll surely apply this one, thanks man!
