Love it! Sometimes on the first lake there is a monster bass that is almost impossible to bring in as soon as you hit the reel button, it dings like your line will snap!

The studio lighting, video layout, and nostalgia are what’s up. I never got to experience fishing games before the sega genesis and the battery powered fishing games Walmart sold in the 90s so this is pretty awesome to see

Trophy bass was the coolest fishing game.. it needs a remake with modern graphics.. We still have the old disc but need to figure out how to trick it into thinking the computer has Windows 95.. There are ways to I just don't have the brains for it.. Aldo we got a big winter storm coming.. likely will hit there too.. Might have to keep fishing from home!

much later but sega bass fishing 2 on dreamcast is amazing (especially if you have the rod). i also remember a genesis fishing game that was fairly fun where the fisherman would say "it's a dame" if you caught a little fish. can't remember the title

You can tell if the fish is a bass before they strike. The bass have silhouettes that look more like catfish. Silhouettes with the little fins on the side are not bass. Makes it easier to not waste time on pike and trout
