You just never know what type of fish it is until it bites, no matter what someone thinks it is by the silhouettes. If it looks too big you could at least try, you're right down by the boat. But you did excellent on the last two videos. I played this a ton as a kid, I have passwords to the 3rd and 4th lakes, the fish are HUGE.

I am pretty sure the bass get bigger as you move to later lakes. So the huge fish on the first and second lakes probably aren't bass.

I got this game when i was a kid & it was the one game my stepdad was actually better than me. We both sucked at first & suddenlyhe figured out where to fish & how to get the big ones. It pretty much became his game as watching him.was just as much fun for me. It was funny to find him playing it when i came home.

I had this game, and I got quite far in it. The bass got pretty big. If u notice the lip lines on the bass, they get wider in the middle as they get bigger....

The silhouette doesn't change for different species. On the first lake the the smallest 2 fish sizes havs a chance to be a bass. On each lake after that the next biggest size has a chance to be a bass.

This was awesome. I played this game for hours as a kid. Never beat lake Japan. BUT you are wrong when you say the biggest fish are never bass. When I was a kid a friend gave me a code that he got somewhere to fish the last lake and the bass were freakin monsters. Like 25lbs I guessed. We never ever caught a single one of them. They are so strong that when you hook them it doesn’t matter what you did they’d either strip all the line off and take your lure or break your line. It was cool watching this though. You use the exact same cadence and movement that I used to. Hope to see more

In the later Tournaments there are giant bass. First two lakes, none of the huge fish are bass though...
