Check out some of the flapping leg frogs. Spro, Scum, and I am sure other companies make em, but you can chunk them up in thick shit and not have to worry about a treble getting hung up. Burn em back to the boat and you will get that "plop plop plop" sound and leave a nice trail of bubbles. Scum big foot is what I have been using with killer results. Legs on em are trash, so buy a few.
