I used to have an older Rick Clunn heavy action rod that I loved for jigs and heavier t-rigs. He is, without doubt, one of my all time favorite fishermen of all time. The things he helped advance and bring to the forefront to help anglers of all experience levels is undeniable. Much respect to Mr. Clunn!

Not related to fishing but to the banner in the background, Cemetery Gates is one of the greatest songs of all time. A true masterpiece.

I have 4 of your Heater series rods and they are by far the best rods I have ever fished. I will be trying one of these new rods and see for myself. Happy Holidays, brother!

That’s awesome man! Thank you for picking some up and for trusting the heater series to hoist those dragons. Merry Christmas brotha.

custom rod builder here, what your exactly looking at (at least for the "decals") is called marbling and it consists of adding multiple liquid pigments to the rod finish and pulling them with a pick to achieve a marbled look. its time consuming and takes a lot of skill and practice to achieve a clean professional look. now I'm sure 6th sense uses a transfer decal for the actual production rods but its definately a very cool piece. A true custom marbled rod would cost you upwards of 800-1000 dollars, including Fuji components, Alps carbon fiber grips, etc.

Mr Clunn said he wasnt done and fully retired just retired from the elites. He would still like kvd fish some opens and invitational tournaments each year. He wants more time at home for family but doesnt want to completly give up his other love of bass fishing and competing sometimes. He will also be doing shows like Roland, Bill, KVD and Jimmy do.

@JustinRoyal I'm great but don't believe in lying nor putting words in other people's mouths lol js bro. All good though but Mr. Rick isn't fully retired and also is way more than just a legend fisherman. One of the nicest guys you'll ever talk to.

I’ve met him and agree. You’re accusing me of lying now? You think I’m intentionally misleading people? Why are you on my channel? You know full well what I meant… I never said “he’s completely given up his love of bass fishing”… Maybe you should stop putting words in my mouth. And go cry somewhere else.

I’m a big fan of almost everything 6th sense makes. I Love the Swimbaits, crankbait’s and terminal tackle. I was checking out the rod and love the handle and reel seat. The rod rod looks sick but to put sea guide guide train on a $399 rod is a real head scratcher. For that price I would expect Fuji guides and want to know more about the blank quality. For that price I can get the new Shimano Poison Adrena, Diawa Zillion, or the Trika 6X that are far better blanks and they actually make their own blanks instead of buying blanks from China and slapping guides on them. The rod looks killer but they missed the mark on the price of this rod.

seaguide makes good stuff I'd put them right under fuji, just depends what series they used.

100% USA made blank. No worries.
