Drum brakes on the rear if so make sure the shoes are adjusted correctly? If it has a load valve make sure the rear suspension is loaded and not hanging when ur bleeding the brakes.

So weirdly, i re blead them with the load sensor hanging and squeezed the shit out of the valve whilst bleeding them and it worked!

A good upgrade. Use the rear brakes off a 2k Caddy.
