Bastien chose this song for his first video with the group. He has his own energy and style. I loved the jazzy bluesy sound to this song. This change has given Home Free a much needed shot in the arm and will take them into a direction we never considered. I'm eager to see what comes next. Great reaction as usual.

They did a great cover of one of my favorite Bonnie Raitt songs. Bastien's voice was perfect for the lead. Everyone sounded awesome in the background vocals, with Tim's bass & Adam's vocal percussion. Looking forward to more of the new songs with the newest member.

Actually Bastien is an old member of Home free. He was part of the group when Rob joined them. So, yes they all are very comfortable with him. Bastien and his husband were on The Voice. They are called One Up Duo. After Chris left Home Free he started another group called 7th Ave, which Bastien was a member. I was lucky enough to be a part of this video. The guys were great and was lots of fun.

Rupp said Bastien wrote an original song for the next album (already laying tracs for it) was so beautiful He barely kept it together it moved him to tears. So I can't wait for Christmas!

I absolutely loved this. They were really goofing around. Chance pulled a prank on us and many were fooled. That high note from Chance... was really him lip syncing Bastiens note.

Bastien has a great voice for sure. He has sung with Home Free in the past. He is more pop sounding then Austin is. They did an absolutely amazing job with this song. I have loved his voice since he sang in Chris Rupp's group 7th Ave. And you can find this on KZbin. I always enjoy watching your reaction to this group.

It's not just the song being perfect for Bastien, it's the message it sends. Did you catch Tim's shirt in the latter part of the video which says "Love is Love". His joining the group will rejuvenate them and I simply cannot wait to see what's coming for the new Home Free era.

Adam Bastien is the perfect addition to Home Free. Bastien was a sub for a tenor once in awhile when Home Free first started and also was with Chris’s group 7th ave. I’m looking forward to the new era of Home Free.

After what had to be some difficult months while both Austin and the group were making important decisions, it seems as though Home Free is feeling freer now -- they certainly were having fun with this one! I'm completely taken with Bastien, and looking forward to what comes next. That I woke up this morning with this song playing in my head probably says it all: they couldn't have done a better job of introducing Bastien, while also showcasing the talents of the other members. For me, the best single moment in the video was Tim spinning around on his chair, grinning just like many of us are!

You know I love Austin and was soooo disappointed when he chose to leave HF. However, Bastien seems to have sparked a new flame. The guys sounded great (of course) but they all looked more excited and animated than I’ve seen them in a long time. BTW, Austin is working on some seriously good music! Thanks, Eugene!

This is really so awesome! A great entrance for Bastien, but as if he had always been part of Home Free. The Home Free sound is just there. Especially if you listen to it with your headphones. Because even though the lead, harmonies, bass and beatboxing are so great, you still hear/recognize every member sound/voice in this song. The video is also fun, as if Home Free is in my living room where people are singing and laughing. What I also think is that Bastien moves very well. He can dance😊 He also did that well when he was still at 7th Ave with Chris Rupp and his sister Tristin

Bastien has almost always been part of Home Free. He was there at the beginning, stepped in when Matt Atwood retired and before Austin joined and toured under the Home Free banner while the guys were off the road filming the Sing-Off. Bastien was also part of 7th Ave, Chris Rupp's group when he left Home Free, along with his sister Tristin and Kelley Jakle...and sometimes Jerome Bell, Bastien's partner in OneUp aka OneUpDuo.

Happy to see you are as impressed as many of us were. Love his very smooth and soulful tone so, along with Rob and Chance, would like to see them venture into more blues, soul, R&B. Might also garner them some new followers. On another channel, someone commented that Rupp posted he was fighting tears when they were recording a song for their new album written by Bastien. (Hopefully those details are correct.) Curiosity piqued. (Can't recall ever being aware of Rupp displaying that kind of emotion.) Feel that the addition of B will allow HF to show even more versatility, open up new avenues. He has a silly sense of humor so who knows what we'll see in future videos. On a more shallow note, like that he's similar height and age so he visually 'fits' in that respect. 😊

The guys are very comfortable with him seemingly so since Bastien is not exactly new to the group being he was part of Home Free a few years prior to the Sing Off, filling in here and there as needed. I've heard that Chance was just clowning over Bastien's "ooo!" Honestly, it's hard to tell...I mean, are you prepared to claim Chance *can't* do that? Yeah, me neither. Also possibly Rob hadn't actually done a final take for his part, so he was kind of goofing off too (which might explain why he grabs the mic like his name is Inigo Montoya and he'd like to have a little word with it).

Yeah, that was actually Bastien on the high note at the end. Chance was fooling around lip syncing it during the video shoot trying to make Rob laugh, and they thought it was hilarious and wanted to put it in like that. Chance also said they haven’t had so much fun shooting a video in a really long time, and it shows. Love to see the humor and joy back in Home Free.

That high note could have been Chance because he does have an incredible range with his voice. However, it was Bastien. The guys were just being silly and got caught on video and they kept it in the video for fun. I love how well Chance makes it look like it is him hitting it though. LOL. These guys are great and I think Bastien seems to be a great fit again. I'm glad he was willing to come back.

Yes that was Chance hitting high notes. Think there is two songs that he has shown his higher vocals. I like Adam Bs voice great for R&B but I have not heard him do country
