Batch cooking - Breakfast Freezer Making Day - haven't done this in a long time

Random suggestion - when you need to clean a food processor or a blender, a really easy way to help it along is to fill it about 1/3 of the way with warm water and a good splash of dishwasing liquid. Put the lid on, and run it for a minute or so, like you're processing/blending food as normal. The dishwashing liquid will lather up and help break down the gunk and food! Then either just pour out the water and wash it as normal, or pour out the water and plonk it in the dishwasher!

Hello Amy, i have always watched your freezer making videos and thought that is a good idea to pull a meal out and just heat it up, i have never made freezer meals myself its just me and my partner and i have always just cooked something at meal time. Maybe i should make some freezer meals even if it is just the 2 of us, it would be really handy. Thankyou 😊

I live in Delaware and old bay is a staple in our house, since we live near Maryland. We put old bay on our grilled cheese sandwiches and on french fries, we call them poor man’s shrimp. When I made granola it didn’t clump together, like I like it. So I added a lot of water to it and it picked up nice

As someone who has had issues with dairy as long as I can remember, there are lots of ways to adapt. One thing I have found is that coconut milk powder is even better in most recipes than regular milk powder. It is softer and much finer texture, not as grainy. When breads call for milk powder, the substitution of coconut milk powder produces a softer, more supple dough. Also, if you heat honey up that is really thick or crystallized, it becomes liquid again and easily pour-able.

Sausage balls were always a staple at family events for me as well in West Virginia. I always thought they were kinda boring until I replaced the baking mix with the red lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix. Total game changer!!

Good morning. When you looked at that cheese when you were making the cheese and broccoli soup I said she's trying to decide whether she's going to put it in there and then you said I'm trying to decide what I'm going to put it in there or not I guess that's what happens when what you cook for many years.🤣 what a difference a couple of days make. I know earlier in the week that you're filming it was cold and you had sweater on. And today short sleeves and your capris on. We've had snow three times this week and it's going to snow again tomorrow. I'm not driving these days cuz I still don't have a car for my car accident back in July so snow doesn't bother me as much.
