I agree with Mr G. It does look like a skullcap. Vic Lundin, the actor who played Octopus, had a full head of hair. He is best remembered for his role in "Robinson Crusoe On Mars". Later on, he would appear as Chief Standing Pat, one of Shame's henchmen, in a third season episode.

Yes, but it lasted 03 Seasons which why I put 1969 instead of 1968 because, that's how Star Trek (1966) ended as well before it got another tv Show Animated by Filmation in the 1970s from 1973-1975. Anyway, have a good day.
