@@inny1613 I doubt Protocol 11 was for batman. Why would that make sense? Hugo is obsessed with surpassing and becoming the successor to batman, not killing him by sacrificing himself and his work. You could definently argue protocol 11 was created by Strange just in case something would happen. A secret button for him to press to terminate everything and go out with a bang, so that he would always be the one in true control of the operation and get the last laugh if the system turned against him.

I’ve wondered that Ras could very well be one of the only villains that Batman could kill, if it came down to it and there was no other choice and he knew there was an existing Lazarus Pit. Hugo was stabbed for acknowledging Batman as "great" which is why Rash al gul stabbed him. Never recognize opponents as great or complement them or someone will stab you in the back.
