And unlike Batman, Walter Sullivan murdered innocent people, including Billy and Miriam Locain. , or whatever their last name is, and they were both innocent children. Batman has a no-kill rule when it comes to the living. When it comes to the supernatural and the undead, all bets and the gloves are off. Batman has Nth metal knuckles in his arsenal for the supernatural and undead, and isn't afraid to use them. Why, he uses Nth metal knuckles on the Gentleman Ghost.

The town would seek to correct this, and heal the child; what would the healed trauma do to Batman in turn? Fun conversation. The town may also seek to have him resolve Jason’s death, Barbara’s ordeal, etc.
