Two things that concern me: The rebirth batsuit seems to be nerfed due to a small arms bullet penetrating the arm. Second, he has beaten a mind control lady shiva, stalemated her on two occasions and also beaten David Cain before. Can someone explain to me if Shiva got buffed or Batman got nerfed or both? It seemed way to one sided. He has also beaten Ra's Al Ghul before too. Note: Shiva did mention about having a "part to play" so not sure if she gave us an illusion that Batman was tied with her in the fighting department and this all seems to be leading to something big as usual...

Batman has been nerfed severely after rebirth. While Shiva is supposed to be an excellent fighter,she isn't able to one shot Batman. in previous fights, Batman has beaten Shiva in 1v1 many times. I think the reason Shiva beat Batman so quick here was because this issue was Cassandra Cain centric so the one to take her down obviously had to be cassandra.

I am still not sure why they nerfed him because Rebirth Bruce Wayne was initially meant to be a bigger badass since the dionisium had healed his body and made it better than ever before thus becoming stronger and faster, but sadly they havent portrayed that as much yet.

Red Hood her saying that doesn't actually mean anything. and just like she knows pressure points so does Batman and he can protect those points aswell. the issue is that pre rebirth Shiva wasn't this degree of stronger that Batman. rebirth rolls around and now he gets shit on. there is a big continuity problem that needs to be adressed

Am i the only one annoyed by the fact that batman always loses to bane and mostly everyone else? I thought batman studied 100+ martial arts and trained with ra's al ghul who is the greatest assasin (for me), maybe fans overrated batman a bit too much and now the comics nerfed/lowered his capabilities. He got his back broken, his heart broken, even his bank acc. was broken. What's funny is that Batman manages to fight powerful being such as darkseid but gets his back broken by a tall guy who took steroids in to a whole new level and a girl who may or may not train under ra's😭

Masa the flash, wonder woman, and Superman don't get chased around by the cops instead they get thanked and receive keys to the city. Batman does get chased by the cops and does not receive rewards. There is a great reason for that. The other superheroes are a symbol of hope while Batman wishes to inspire fear into the hearts of criminals even cops. People says Batman doesn't torture but he does just not to the point to where they're crippled. Batman even dropped a criminal off a four story building on to a car just to get an answer out of him. Sure the criminal lived but he gambled his life in the hopes of getting an answer out of him.

Today I popped into a local comic shop that i had no idea existed until today... and I bought several comics with my wife and our friend. While doing so, I mentioned your youtube channel and your motto of "If you like these comics, go support your local comic book store." And the owner was like "Wait, wut?" I ended up getting the spiderman vs venom anniversary issue, SuperSons #1 featuring Dynomutt and Blue Falcon, SuperSons rebirth # 9, Power Rangers #0 with the sword of darkness cover, and DC Nation #0. My wife got Amazing Spiderman # 795 with the color loki cover.... but we enjoyed it all! Thanks for the advice!

Come to think of it, you know how Arkham Knight had bits and pieces of Batman Begins/Dark knight Rises, then they gave the Shadow War pack, wouldn't it have worked if the League Of Shadows were the 2nd army, lead by Shiva against Gotham, and Nyssa/Azrael had their own story that intertwined with the main story? Maybe even the story would be that Bruce disappears and Dick leads everyone.

Even bbefore New 52 Batman got wrapped up worse in messes around villains like Hush, Two Face and Black Mask, none of whom has his training and precision.
