When Batman takes on the suicide squad in assault on arkham has to be my favorite fight hands down. It truly resembles thee skill set of the dark knight and why the villans of Gotham fear him.

One of my favorite fights of Batman’s is when he got to face Alien and Predator in the comics. I’m a huge fan of crossovers and this is one of my favorites. There’s a great fan film called Batman: Dead End where the dark knight faces off against both Aliens and Predator.

Batman warehouse fight is a pretty good one. It was a great take on Batman without his moral code of killing. When he flew the crate with his grappling hook that hit the henchmen in his head was pure awesomeness

Honorable mention to the final battle against riddler’s goons in The Batman. That scene was awesome Also worth mentioning the argument that Batfleck didn’t kill the guys in the warehouse can apply to the penguin goon in Batman Returns. It was a pretty big guy, the bomb would have only severely injured him. The same can’t quite be said for the Joker, but you could argue that the Joker let himself die. Technically he did let go of the ladder.

Great list! The Dark Knight Returns will always be my favorite Batman story & part of the reason is b/c of this epic fight. Michael Keaton Batman is a good one. It gave mainstream audience a chance to see Batman the way he is suppose to be portrayed. I thank Tim Burton for that. The fight with Ben Affleck Batman was brutal. I remember being completely blown away, but it was good & I loved it. The fight w/ Bane was hard to see. I had never seen Batman take a beating like that. Damn good list.

You also have the Fight between Superman and Batman in Hush arc story line, which shows how prepared must be Batman to gain time against Superman. I also absolutely love the Superman Batman arc's fight between Batman and Darkseid for saving Supergirl. Both are pretty intense while being focused on the mind of Batman (either in comics or in animation :) ).

Missed this when it came out. I was hoping for a "ten best in comics" list, though this is also great. Though a ten best in all media is almost impossible. All the great fights in Gotham by gaslight, the fights in the Chris Nolan films, and tons more from different forms of media. I've even heard some pod casts and seen some fan fictions with awesome fights.

I just wish you would have given a little more background to the bane fight about Batman suffering from chronic fatigue from all of the crime fighting and then bane releasing everyone from Arkham and then picking the moment Batman was at his weakest to fight him.. and Batman didn't really have much fight left in him but still faced bane anyway to protect Alfred

I would have included The Battle with Superman, Joker, and Hush in the Jeph Loeb/Jim Lee classic and maybe even some Terry Mcguniness love when he went up against the entire starro justice league in the 3rd season of beyond at THIS point you might as well do a top BvS fight list 😂😂😂. Arris, I applaud you for speaking the truth, as always. People really do show how bias they are when it comes to live-action Batmen, only criticizing Batfleck for their own personal reasons. Ik Batfleck is going against the code, but the story behind it all is actually interesting and you can kinda see why he kills in this universe, once you do the research on it.
