Let's break it down for someone who is as simple-minded as you: Batman can't use stealth, his hearing can detect the smallest disturbance from great distances away, his scent could easily detect him if they were in a room together. Batman would have needed to study him to find out about his enhanced senses, so that's off the table. Wrist guards are good for blocking regular swords and knives, and his suit is bulletproof. His adamantium claws can cut through both like butter; Batman likely has the edge in CQC, though still doubtful [Wolverine in the same universe as Ras would have likely known about the league of shadows.] So that might be off the table - and even if it's not there is still a very important key factor that would guarantee Wolverine the victor. His healing factor: shot, stabbed, blown up, blunt force trauma. He can recover from all of it in a matter of seconds. It would be a prolonged suicide at best if Batman decided to engage wolverine in a fight. And unlike Superman or any of the justice league members, if Logan is extremely pissed off he will reduce Batman to minced meat.

Wolverine has heightened senses, is stronger, faster and actually more skilled than Batman with hand to hand. He mastered all fighting skills a long time ago, the writers just make him out to be a berserker. Plus a healing factor would give him way more stamina, plus with the adamantium skeleton, he wouldn't be as prone to be affected by Batman's strikes. Bruce would have to play smart and keep away. One good slice or punch/kick from Logan could stop him long enough.

Batman knocked out both the Hulk and Superman. The Hulk with a smoke grenade with a powerful sleep agent and Superman also with a smoke grenade with kyptonite compound. Whatever situation Batman faces, he's always five steps ahead. Brains before braun. Batman wins hands down. Remember on X Men 1. Wolverine gets knocked out with a bullet to the head by a police officer for about 30 seconds then he healed. If Batman does that imagine how much trouble Wolverine would be in, don't get me wrong, I'm a wolverine fan also, but you got to think logical, like Batman does into every situation he goes into. Batman's greatest strength is knowing that he doesn't have any superpowers, so he has to be ready for any situation. I said it before and I'll say it again, Brains before Braun.

I am a Superman fan. I'm also a huge fan of Marvel and DC. I HATE vs debates, but want to put my own spin on this. Batman would adapt after he finds out how Wolverine keeps healing and sees how sharp his claws are when he slices the blades off of his gauntlet/glove. Batman: He has some kind of rapid healing ability like we've never seen. I'm hurt bad, I trust that you will handle this from here. Superman: Take care. Now, if this was Superman vs Wolverine (no Kryptonite claws or rocks) Supes flies Wolverine around Earth beating him only to see him healing, and eventually letting him go and they talk it out. Wolverine (with Kryptonite)vs Injustice Superman(Not holding back and 'evil') goes like this: Wolverine: I know all about you bub, now get your boy scout ass down here and fight! Superman: I see Bruce has given you a gift. Too bad for you that you're down there while I'm up here though. With no prep time, Batman would be on his heels, but it wouldn't take long for him to realize wolvy is extra tough and would probably do a quick scan with his x ray and see the skeleton is coated in metal.
