And they wonder why ppl don't trust the police. But there are wonderful officers out there that really DO CARE. I know, b/c a cop I didn't know mentored me as a kid & that help me become a productive law-abiding citizen. Unfortunately; we live in a time when "the negative" gets more attention than the "good do".

What is there to investigate? You either knew about the units conduct (high probability) or you allow these cops to go unsupervised and be their own boss. You got two choices, that’s it, finito end of story.
