Thank you for making this video. I have the same issue after my drone dropped in some water for about 30 seconds. My drone after soaking in rice fir three half days I turned it in but my battery came up exactly like yours!!! Should I go ahead and buy a knew battery and then the drone should work!!! @@manderpanderr I downloaded the Mavic software and tryed to reset the drone to factory settings. You can download it from DJI software on your computer and KZbin has tutorial on it. But that just concluded that it's not software but hardware is the problem as I still have the battery error notification. I'm half thinking about sending it off to DJI but if it turns out to be human error it's 50 euros an hour fix plus sending and receiving post on top of that!!!

Blood Water Feature All you need to do is buy a new ESC board. Solder it, problem solved.

Blood Water Feature Search KZbin how to open the Air. Then you have to remove the motherboard. That’s when you see the ESC board. De-solder the cables, solder on a new board and put everything together. For me a daily job but I understand that not everyone is willing to try.

Same issue except no damage whatsoever. Two out of three originals from the box work. The third one does not. I plugged it in one day and it told me the same as your error codes. It then says to check my dji battery is a dji compatible battery. Again, everything was bought brand new. Please update if problem resolved. Thanks

@@Magnus-Boren Hi Magnus. There is no problem with new batteries. So buy new - is better (but expensive) way for resolutioin.

hi, I have exactly the same problem as in your video . drone after water . I disassembled it cleaned from moisture, dried and left for a day . i turned it on, on my second - obviously working battery . when it tern on i received this error. error 100 percent in the drone, can you give advice where to look?

Hi. I think, you need to clean all contacts inside drone, probably with ultrasonic, in special liquid. You can ask for it in any phone-repair service. Otherwise - contact with local Drones community, they, usually, know the service points)

I have the same issue. I think that the drone is causing this issue. Currently I own two Mavic Air and four batteries. All batteries work with the first drone, none work with the second. Always the same error. The drone doesn’t recognize the battery and doesn’t display a voltage.

you have to update firmware not only to your drone, but to your battery too! plug the battery, connect the drone to your pc and run dji assisant 2. once it's done, do it for the rest of the batteries too

It's does not work. You can't update dron firmware because it's asking that your battery have to be chargeg more then 50%. But drone can't read bettery info. This is a problem.

Hi. No, DJI support recommend to buy new batteries. Worst support process i'v seen.

@@kees1 btw, i have found in internet, that one guy fix it with drone disassemble and clean motherboard and connectors. i'm not sure that it help, but i'll try it in the future
