ONE YEAR UPDATE: Thank you for the overwhelming support and encouragement for the Power Pack founders. I wanted to share that I’m working on a one year review of these batteries. In the meantime, you should note that: - the model that was installed at my home and showcased in this video is DISCONTINUED. They have launched a new model with LFP batteries. I have personally not seen the making of those batteries nor have I experienced them myself so you’ll need to do your own due diligence before ordering the new model. - also if you are getting solar installation services from them, plz do your own due diligence. I have only endorsed the battery packs shown in the video. - as far as my own batteries are concerned they are working fine and will share a detailed review in the coming months.

According to me having multiple cell in single pack is not good, if a single cell get in to any issue, that whole pack will be disconnected and the mechanic will have to check each cell and change that one cell, now we have better option like 100 ah lifpo cell, which will be better to repair in any case.

@@salmanaziz5168 jii jii thats why hybrid cars user multiple cells in pack. btw, the 48v version is using 14s40p configuration (14 cell in series and 40 in parallel). this setup is okie but don't expect it to last 10 years! ... also my advice for prolong life is that these NMC battries should NOT be charges over 80% and should NOT discharge. the change rate should be as low as it suits your requirements. Ideally below 1000w and limit the distage rate to 4000w. (you can easily charge this pack at 1C and discharge at 1C i.e. 6400w charge/discharge.

We have alot of talent in Pakistan and we have the knowledge and ability to make anything and everything. When we compare our products with the ones from china or any other country, the biggest issue i normally see in in "Made in Pakistan" products are the final look and feel (or finishing) of the product. These two young men have done that really well mashaAllah. May they succeed in their business and inshaAllah if i have a project where i can use these products, i will surely do so. There is no reason for you not to integrate the inverter inside this housing, start with any third party board and then move toward manufacturing the circuit it locally. You might need an investor but this is really big. Then you will have to scale it from 500va to 6000va. You could start with a commercial 10kVA one. I always wanted to do this myself but was too busy with other things. Further did not have the funding. Nice to know someone is doing this now. BTW i am an electronics engineer myself.

Excellent work by the guys .... They put a lot of effort into designing it from the core. I have seen different videos about battery packs in that they were concerned about cooling mechanisms specifically in EVs. In Pakistan, it gets very hot at times, so some cooling mechanisms will make them more efficient. Great job as a whole
