Could you double check your evaluation of Osaka? Her SB occurs at 10% rate and only triples the hit that it occurred on, and not the entire attack cycle. so the 27.1% chance of savage blow to calculate average dps boost in inaccurate. The SB only boosts her average dps by 20%, which would make her dps around 5.6k dps, which is below the ururun/urs standard. Wouldn't that mean her generalist value drops a lot? Thanks

Personally I feel like Tokyo Miku's the absolute best unit to go for here. The only vanilla unit that serves her purpose is Yaminora, and Tokyo Miku slightly outranges them, making her slightly better in certain wave stages. Snow Miku and Sakura Miku both have Ubers that overlap pn their niches.

So just looking at Luka's attack it kinda seems like the TBA is all backswing? I think it is though because adding the time of her final hit, her foreswing, and backswing gives a number greater than the TBA so is clipping that much of a problem? If I'm totally wrong then oops but... curiosity drives me.

Attack timer goes like this: foreswing > damage application > TBA > foreswing, and so on. Backswing is a separate timer that tells the unit when to move after the damage application. Usually it's smaller than TBA so when a unit moves forward, the unit just stands doing nothing. If it matches TBA, the unit starts attacking as soon as it meets an enemy. It cannot be bigger than TBA, except that two times when Ponos made a mistake with Anubis and Coppermine's Ultra Talents. In that case, it worked as if TBA and backswing are matched.
