Firstly i never understand why rich people leave so much money to charity when we know they mis appropriate funds as well, may as well have my kids chow the money. Tony helped his mom years back and she felt entitled to it ...wow.

Terrible that they prosecute a man who is first of all her son, secondly he helped her when she needed money and he was vastly neglected by his parents. He deserved to inherit the lion's share and, please, he himself was already quite elderly. The judge should have thrown tge case out as frivolous and malicious.

WHY change the will that was done when its author was fully coherent & in her right senses???? That is the crux of the matter & the TOTAL SELF-undoing of Tony as he clearly did not love his mother ENOUGHT to RESPECT her wishes but instead tried to enrich himself enormously & the wife his mother overtly could not stand. As for the grandson he simply did what was right in RESPECTING his grandma's wishes & will. He did not gain anything by it . If anything he lost his relationship with his father which was never close anyway! Just because Mother & Son love each other it does not give the latter the right to ignore & trash her will & last testament by creating/ ammending her will severally to his massive benefit.

In most 'normal' countries it is only the direct descendants that can inherit. In this case only her son and her grandsons were the only ones that should have been allowed to inherit.
