My DHI is 2014 batch, Valentino uomo intense is a release of late 2016, they go against each other, and its gonna be an in depth comparison between the both....start the year with a BANG :) enjoy people

Great big battle of the titans comparison vid i lean more towards valentino uomo intense but i live in texas and its Hot most the time there isn't a real winter :( thats why i may not buy a full bottle though i do like it but as you said in the heat it won't be so good and people at work don't deserve to smell this beauty lol

At last i have found a review that says these two are quite different , i think some people smell one note and bang on about clones.actual smell dhi does it for me but vui still gives me the wow factor just in a different way, i cant quite decide how much i like the normal vu. Great video.

They’re 75% similar to each other, though. I also cannot decide which one I like more than the other, and probably won’t have a favourite between the two. In the air I can promise you no one will be able to tell the difference.

I ordered a decant of dhi, its very good but i don't know how youtube reviewers smell just after applying? High class perfume are so potent. I only smell of oils and balm in the initial 10 minutes. Then its magic starts, i smell powderey, woody, Chocolate, and its base note has sandalwood which indians are very much aware of because of the "chandan tika" they apply on fore head. Projection is around 2 hours and longevity i get is 6-7 hours.

Great in depth comparison as always. I'd suggest adding an "originality" category. DH broke new ground for a male fragrance when it came out. Seems like Valentino attempted to make a better version of DHI.

alright sir...noted...ill include it in my upcoming videos :) the current version of DHI in 2015 isnt a good performer...i feel VUI will give DHP a run for their money..lol

Joy Amin I got the 2016 and it's almost too strong but I don't know if it smells as good as the 2014. I wish it had vanilla or more cocoa but I mainly get iris and ambrette.

Lycosa I agree with you.If brother Joy will sample DHI new reformulated version maybe he will say VUI is the winner to him.I bought DHI 2015 and it's a shame after 30 minutes it's a skin scent.I'm temporarily leave here in Qatar but the price of DHI here is much higher than VUI. For me IMHO VUI is the winner.

These 2 are the commanders of the designer zone...They both do turn heads no doubt and ladies love them. I bought DHI at the Dior boutique for $70.00 and then I saw VUI for $102.00 100ML. Not sure why VUI is this high. I totally agree bro, DHI is the KING, I love the bottle so much very classy and this is my second bottle as a matter of fact. I do think in the next 2 years VUI will be getting even more praise and will most likely be reformulated just like what progressively happened to DHI. Thanks for the video bro!!

My truck is a "female". So are my cars. I also tend to think of DHI in the same way; That is a sexy smelling and looking bitch. So for me, DHI is the Queen and VUI can be a Prince or Duke, as the bottle is more of a male vibe, but isn't the King and won't be any time soon. Duke Valentino Uomo I (roman numeral 1), has a nice ring to it too.

DHI is the OG therefore takes it for me. They are both upscale fragrances both I think you could pull of VUI more causally. I mean polo shirt / dress sweater type of casual. Not your printed T-Shirt and jeans. DHI to my nose projects more and has the richer juice. VUI hangs around the skin; therefore making it a more work appropriate scent. Ladies will prefer Valentino in my experience. DHI for winter and I think I could getaway with VUI in the summer.
