Not "Kikhiti" but KAKHETI, and Kakheti is and was just region in Georgia. At that time Georgia was divided between Shah and Sultan, Persians and Turks. We would appreciate if you tell story historically correct and mention who, why and where, and occupied territories owners. There is Russian version of this channel here, and they do the same, totally ignoring other, smaller and occupied kingdoms..

After Ismail I's dead it become more and more a Turko-Persian rather than a Turkic empire Ismail ruled over like Seljuks. But I think calling it ''Turkish-Persian'' wars is pretty wrong.

@@rohansensei5708 The point here is that Ismail took the Persian title of Shahinshah, which is why the Turkish-Persian wars. It's like the conquest of England by William. England remained England and did not become Normandy.

@@War_history_lab yeah but he was the Shah of Iran. It’s better to call it Ottoman-Safavid wars because these were clashes between two dynasties rather than two nations both being extremeley multi-ethnic. The reason some people being irritated the word “Persian” for Turkic originated (later highly Persianized) Iranian empires is it mistakenly implies they were rather Persian. I don’t think it’s a huge problem but just seems a little bit off.
