I was thinking the same thing, I had to scroll back a few times to make sure I wasn't seeing things. But AWESOME to watch. Nice car expansion by Versluis in the first couple of laps and nice pressure and navigation of back markers by Geddie. Obviously the 2 best cars in the race LOL

Both are not standard GT3 and GT2 models. The difference in power is negligible, the Ferrari should have some downforce benefits as a GT2, but the slow Zandvoort track doesn't generate such ground effect. The faster downhill corner halfway the track shows some more highspeed grip for the Ferrari. Unfortunately, there were some engine problems for the Ferrari, you can hear it accelerating out of the tight corners. The orange McLaren GT3 Can-Am is a standard model. Chassis number 1 to be exact.

There is also a McLaren Can Am edition there. How does it compare with the gt3 McLaren?

Nice and clean fight. But I thought that the 458 GT2 is restricted to abou 465 hp and the Mc GT3 to about 600 hp, or is it different?

F**k these McLaren 12C GT3 cars are cool. Fantastic body work and design. The fact that McLaren can produce a road car (MP4-12C) take it to GT3 class racing and in 2 years take on any other car manufacturer is an incredible accomplishment in itself. Because the McLaren 12C is only going to improve and get better with more feedback on the car from racing and competition.
