Mielle doesn't give my high porosity hair enough hold I applied on dripping wet hair. My daughter loves the gel her hair is low porosity if that makes a difference

I definitely like the TGIN on your hair way better. My hair reacted the same way..i love the TGIN line!!! Both sides look good however, the TGIN side as soon as used the cream I noticed your curls started to form!! It also gives more shine and defined your curls even more..

Tina Rhodes I completely agree with you. The Mielle moisturizer didn't really do anything for my hair. I believe that's where my struggle began. I used the tgin gel today for a ponytail and it came out perfect.

It could also be that dry ass hair milk. Omg 😮 a hair milk is supposed to moisturize and the next day after using the Miele hair milk my hair was super dry like it was like I didn’t have any on at all but I haven’t used the gel because I have the eco styler jbco gel

My hair reacted the same to Mielle Organics gel. It was a little frizzy after drying and I had to really work in it. I like that it had no crunch but it gave me volume but not enough hold. I really want to try the TGIN gel because I think it would work better

Mielle Gel works better with their Peony leave-in instead of the milk that you used.

Just subbed. Thanks for the comparison video! You and your hair are beautiful. My hair loves the TGIN green tea leave in (and their Honey Miracle Mask DC is my HG). However, it hated their Curl Bomb. I just bought the Mielle line to try, but opted for their White Peony leave-in to try with their gel. I didn't bother getting their hair milk (my hair doesn't seem to like any hair milks). Since your hair texture seems very similar to mine, maybe try the Mielle again but with your hair more wet? And, maybe just their leave-in with that honey Ginger gel, and forget the hair milk? I'd love to see your results if you do!

I tried the Mielle Gel last week and took it back. I used it on dripping wet hair and had to use 1/4 of the bottle. I have very dense 4b hair (3c in the back and front top) that's only 10-12 inches long around my head. I got better results with the Aunt Jackies Curl Boss. I didnt try the TGIN bc every head to head vid I watched showed the Mielle working better for my hair type 😔

Hii 👋 try soaking your hair with a spray bottle 💦 products apply better when the hair is very wet. It totally changed my results once I started to saturate my hair with water before applying my products.

Im allergic to the Mielle gel. I was miserable for two days, AFTER dropping all that money 😩😩 at least my hair was cute 🤷🏽‍♀️. I love the tgin gel, but the aunt jackies flax seed gel is tbe best product for the price (that doesnt half kill me).

Love the results. I've been hesitant to use TGIN because I picked up somewhere that it contains cones. Has anyone heard that? I hope I'm wrong because your hair looks bomb. So far kinky curly custard is my fav but so expensive.

Dee Harrison yes a lot of the TGIN products contains many silicones in them, including the honey miracle mask! I haven't tried the gel so I'm not sure if it does, but i will check the ingredients in the gel soon.

Our hair texture is so similar. I am happy I watched this review being that I just watched someone else do the same hair review and tgin was a no go vs the Michelle-but with your hair texture the tgin looks better.#different stroked for different folks😉 over all I like the look. How long does this look last? Mine normally one day😑 and I get crazy poof puff which I don't like sad face... I need a gel with crunk without shrinkage-help.....
