Hi there! 😊 Well, I’m a follower of Dr. Michel Gregor; you might’ve heard of his popular books: How not to diet. How not to age. How not to die. If you haven’t, do get these titles. Must for health freaks and weight loss journey. 😊 Coming back, in one of his books, I’ve read that all the sweeteners including stevia technically work like sugar really and that there’s no ‘special’ benefit. Having said that, it’s ANYDAY BETTER than refined sugar, but I’d say it’s at par with mishri and unrefined sugar (khand/muscovado sugar). So now you have more options to choose from; the benefit or the harm is the same 😊

Hlo brother good video👌👌👌👌 I have a Question that all this brand gulkand is so high in price but how the patanjali and baidynathBaidynath Gulkand is so cheap??? 😕 Patanjali give 400gm glukand in 100rs and Baidynath 200gm is in 130-150rs. They same say that what this expensive brand says about there process of making gulkand. Guide me which one to buy and why im Confused 😕

Oh the answer is very simple, brother: refined sugar 🤗 It’s the cheapest to add. All the cheaper brands add refined sugar instead of mishri and then they never mention the ingredients on the jar. Try refrigerating the cheap gulkands and any of the organic ones and you’ll instantly find out 😊 Secondly, the percentage of rose petals in the cheaper ones is lower. Moreover, damask rose is rarely used in the cheaper gulkands. Lower variety roses may be used instead. Finally, refined sugar items have a smaller shelf life, so the cheaper gulkands have added preservatives too. This is why they tell you that the ‘process’ is the same: sun drying, but the never mention that the ‘ingredients’ are the same as well. 😊 Hope that helps 😊 Finally, you could go for any of the top 3 brands in the review here: Kapiva, Anveshan, Kirva 🤗 All are very nice. A new brands called ‘earthen story’ has also arrived on Amazon, that’s a great option too 😊

Dekhiye best wohi hai jismein sabse zyada rose pulp hai aur sabse kam dissolved rock sugar hai . Aur aap video mein payeinge ki Kapiva was the one with the most rose petal mass, followed by anveshan. Anveshan mein fragrance aur bhi natural hai. So Kapiva aur anveshan top par hain. Aap donon mein se koi bhi order karein. Dono bahut pasand aayeinge. 😊

Sirf price par mat jaiye bina try kiye; kabhi kabhi quality aur sehat ke liye daam dena padhta hai aap bhi maaneinge. ☺️ In Sabhi brands ke lagbhag ek jaise daam ki wajah hai aur wo hai larger rose petals and less sugar. Maine Dindayal ka bhi chakha tha review karne se pehle. Swad theek hai par bahut meetha hai. Usse sehat wale fayde kam ho jate hain. Dusra, aap unka jaar dekhiyega; sugar source mentioned nahin hai. Cheez ko sasta karne ke liye refined sugar daali jati hai jisse bura sehat ke liye kuch nahin. Isiliye maine dindayal,Patanjali, Baidyanath wagyarah ko cover nahin kiya kyunki ye rock sugar/ mishri ka istemal nahin karte. Jitne ye meethe hain, sirf gulab aur praval se hona impossible hai. Praval yani coral to apne mein meetha bhi nahin hota. Kam khayein par shuddh khayein. Aakhir baat sugar ki hai ☺️ Vinamratapurvak kuch sujhav, bura na maanein 🙏
