Why always only these content creators? Why not look at the people that played Battlefield for a long time and really know what Battlefield is. Most content creators look at it from their standpoint of creators and not players. They are definitely important voices to be heart, but not the only ones. I have been playing Battlefield as my main game since BF2 and put thousands of hours in each BF game. Lets hope for an open playtest also.

I fully expect the easy cheesy flight model, hot pink and neon green weapon skins, character skins with cat ears and tails ala Fortnite, and of course, 5 to 10 million dollars of game development sunk into some form of battle royale or some extract game mode that no BF fan wants. Just make tons of maps and update BF4 to the modern age.

I am so disapointed that Delta Force didnt end up being the competition Dice needed, feelt like DF could've gone the distance, but they just really have dropped the ball with season 1 maps and seemingly refusale to do any sort of meaningful balance to the game. Just pushing out lootbox microtransaction after transaction.

Yeah have the same feeling. Had good hopes for it, but it looks like its not going to address the gameplay issues with balance and vehicles. The maps are also not really good and 1 map every 3 months is not going to cut it. The operators are mostly annoying and not really interesting.

Played DF beta, it was just okay for me. Some guns were really nice but the operators and their abilities were very uninteresting. And in the full release they expect me to create some weird Chinese account to login into the game. That was when I decided not to.
