Why low settings if you can go ultra with this setup ?

It was a personal request. But most competitive players usually play at low settings for maximum FPS and visibility.

@@yezivid I see, ye but with this monster setup you can be able to put all on max 😌. Have a tough time to chose a high end gpu tbh, nvidia is crazy with their prices rn … I wanted a 4090 for 1500€ now it’s 2200 at least.

@@darkness3038 Ofc I can, but at Ultra it won’t do 250-300FPS. Not that I actually need that high FPS tho, I’m pretty happy if I can just max out my 165Hz refresh rate, anything above that is just bonus responsiveness. Yeaa, the 4090s pricing is just insane. Was thinking about upgrading to a 4090, since it’s price on the used market started to become a bit more tolerable, but I was too slow and now it’s even more expensive… 🫠 Guell I’ll just settle for the 4080 for a while, right now it’s holding up pretty well at 3440x1440.

@@yezivid I think the best strat for the moment is that you keep the 4080 which is a very good card (even if its too much expensive for its performance). And you wait for the 5090, regarding the leaks it will be like 50% more powerful than the 4090. And they announced they will release them by the end of 2024 :). For my part I wait for 4080 super if the price doesn’t drop i will go for 7900 xtx and then upgrade with 5090 next year.
