Here are the collections of the enlarged 50 medals in Battlefield 3. Below are the criteria for obtaining such medals during gameplay:

this is stupid explination from dice. The OFFICAL and LEGIT explanation is this. Get 5 kills and you are concidered on the streak. Each 3 kills after this counts as an official streak. Example 14 - 0 is your score. 14 = 5 + 3 + 3 + 3. Each 3 kills AFTER the origional 5 is a combat efficeny ribbon, so if yo had 14 - 0 you would obtain 3 ribbons. You cannot die in the process. It's actually a 5 killstreak will put you on an "efficient streak". After 5 ks any time later in that game(or in the same life) that you get 3 more kills will get you a ribbon. So you get a ribbon at 8, 11, 14, 17, etc killstreak.

Yep ... pretty much. Kharg, Firestorm and Caspian .. good maps to shoot jets with stationary AA. Kharg is my favorite though. Seem to shoot more planes there than any other maps ... especially on the Russian side.

With the new patch, it should be easier now to get a suppression ribbon. You now only need to perform 3 suppressions to get a ribbon as opposed to 7 before the patch. Stick with your squad and shoot at anything they shoot at but don't shoot to kill. Give them the kill, and you will get the supressions. Easy as pie. Good map is high ticket Metro Conquest. :-) Hope that helps.

@ndawgntrouble1 Soflam is a laser designator device that you unlock as a sniper. You can use that device to designate your target. Your teammates will be the ones to hit your target. You get damage assists points when your target is hit, I believe.

To get the Savior Medal ... you need to get 50 Savior Ribbons. And to get a Savior Ribbon, you need to 2 Savior kills in a round.

when you get 5 kills then it's counted as streak + every kill after that is "streak bonus" so 8 kills in row without dying is 1 ribbon and every 3 kills after gives you 1 more if you don't die, if you die you have to start all over again :P

its actually 8 in a row to get the first combat efficiency then if you get three kills after that (11 kill streak) you will get the second one and so forth. but, of course if you die it resets your streak

@M4ck I got mine by deploying the MAV as a sniper. You get 5 motion sensor assist per ribbon. You have to get 50 ribbons to get the medal. Not as hard as it seems, really.

Wrong, you'll receive a ribbon when you get 8 kills in a row, after 8 kills, every 3 kills you get you another ribbon. Example: 8 kills = 1 ribbon, 10 kills = 1 ribbon, 11 kills = 2 ribbons ... 14 = 3 ribbons

thats a lie xD you get that ribbon when first, you are on a killing spree (5 kills) and then, killing 3 after those 5 (so every 8,11,14,17, etc killing spree you will get a combat efficiency ribbon) good luck!
