the U-100 is proof that if you make a proper low rpm weapon, it's entirely usable. this weapon is amazing at counter sniping, it dishes bullets that are faster than all the snipers expect the M-98B. it's as said the most accurate LMG and because it's an LMG it causes great supression effect on those pesky snipers. use with caution, but dare and you will make even the best snipers forfeit.

Even though I've unlocked several other LMG's I'm still using U-100 cause it's so damn good. I've been getting regularly 2:1 K/D ration at minimum with U-100. It's accurate, recoil is practically nonexistent and its bullets are damn fast. I haven't tried M249 yet but it would have to be damn amazing for me to switch. Oh and the mag size isn't that of a problem if you know how to aim ;)

I went back to using the U100 just to unlock everything for it. The entire time I've been using the only thought I've had is I must have gotten really bad at battlefield. Good to hear Ita just not a good offensive weapon. Its like shooting marshmallows, and at range its even worse.

With a bipod, heavy barrel, and 4x optic, this is a long range full-auto squad automatic beast, even from 300 meters away. With a stubby grip, heavy barrel and red-dot, this is the perfect machinegun for use against chopper pilots, and is also great for use while in the jump seat of the support choppers. I love the U-100.

PKP pecheneg - PKA-S -Magnifier -Grip of your choosing Shorty 12g -rds -full choke Ammo box & C4 This is my SUPPORT setup in battlefield 4. I like the PKP because of it's huge damage and it has a low rate of fire so the recoil is easier to manage. I usually go with long range engagements and use bipod but I see you like to do these things in close quarter maps so I suggest you use a grip. Use C4 to blow up walls and ambush people with your superior firepower. Shorty 12g for close quarter engagements.

I love this gun. I used it for a straight 1000 kills practically. Just saying, if you're going long range, use that select fire and put on the burst. Burst is great for long range shooting cause the first shot recoil is on the last shot of the burst.

The problem with the hawk 12g is it has good damage but it is almost matched by the QBS in damage and the QBS is not a pump so a much higher rpm as well as this it has the same mag size but the QBS is single shell reload which is better for cqb rather than a mag reload with the hawk 12g.

The Beta made me love this gun so much, when paired with the XM25 Airburst it can really do a number on the enemy. If you don't finish them off with the slow rate of fire with the Ultimax you can just Airburst them when they take cover!

I have been wondering one thing recently when watching the squad up crews videos. Why isn't anyone using heavy barrel? Especially this U-100 is screaming for a heavy barrel. Everyone and their mother used a heavy barrel in BF3 practically on every weapon. What is different about BF4? Since it just got buffed in the latest patch, you should really be using it with every low rate weapon that has a vertical recoil under 0.3. It doesnt increase recoil that much, and the benefits of fit are just HUGE. Put heavy barrel on RPK-74, you can snipe people with that weapon. Also applies to RPK-12, U-100, AK-12 and all of the QBB-QBZ chinese weapons. Just my two cents...

What you said at 6:03 exactly fits my experience with the SR338 and the 8x optic (with 14x). You say it's the worst, I say it's just another sniper rifle (different but not worse). I was having the best time with this. Don't put a 4x on there, that's what DMRs are for.

Hey LevelCap, in this video you talk about the "sustained"rate of fire. I assume you are talking about the rate of fire when you simply hold down the trigger until you run out of ammo. In the world of automatic weapons and rates of fire, the "sustained" rate of fire is an actual term that is the slowest rate of fire. It involves short burst of X number of rounds (usually 4-5) followed by a 2-3 second pause, followed by more bursts. This helps conserve ammo, control accuracy, and prolong the life of your barrel. The middle rate of fire is the "rapid" rate which is longer bursts and shorter pauses. The fastest rate of fire is the "cyclic" rate which just means hold down the trigger. So you're actually using the term for the slowest rate of fire when you mean the fastest rate of fire. Just thought I'd share.

I've actually never used this gun; first thing I did upon getting the game was play the campaign and through that I unlocked the m249 which then became my favourite weapon and still is even after reaching lvl100. When i choose my weapon i want something that is at least a bit more versatile and has a chance of dropping somebody pretty reliable at all engagment distances. use gun in 2017, i love using this gun because its actually fun to use, and fairly easy to the point of winning gunfights against shotgun users because i would just just out maneuver them while hipfiring best kit for it-ACOG or PK-A, stubby grip, flash hider, and laser/light combo

Master the Type 88 next please. It is a great weapon if you put a silencer , a red dot sight and eventually even a flashlight on it. I use that combination and play very aggressive yet still stealthy at the same time with it and I must say that after my personal experience, I performed the best both in Team Deathmatch and for myself than I ever did before. It's a great CQC weapon. No one expects a silenced LMG with a flashlight on it in battlefield. The element of surprise is always on your side with this gun. Also , you do not need to worry about your ammo thanks to the ammopacks.

hey level cap i wanted to tell you a really fun play style which is a mix of squad up and loadout (this would work better in bf3 because bf3 in my opinion is way more realistic looking and sounding that bf4, bf4 seems more arcadish) USMC battalion MUST BE ON CONQUEST AND HAVE A WHOLE TEAM OF YOUR FRIENDS SO I RECOMMEND 16 PLAYER on the us team on operation firestorm or gulf of oman 4 squads of 4 each with a specific job (MOS) each squad is 0311,0331,0317,0351 have gamechat on team and not squad all side arms are M9 with heavy barrel 0311-infantry rifleman avoid cqb medium to long range engagements STICK TOGETHER - M16A4 ACOG, ANGLED GRIP, HEAVY BARREL KEEP THE FIRING MODE ON SINGLE NEVER USE BURST USE IT LIKE A DMR 0331-infantry light machine gunner- again avoid cqb. medium to long range angagements only defending an objective- M240B M145 3.4x sight with bipod and heavy barrel take accurate bursts while defending an objective 0317- infantry scout sniper- usually also helps defend an objective further away from 0331s they dont move either long range engagments M40A5 20x scope straight pull bolt (bipod if you want) 0351-infantry assaultmen- these are the guys that destroy enemy vehicles and run into buildings clearing them out M4 with ACOG stubby grip and heavy barrel with the SMAW burst fire reccomended for clearing buildings you can use vehicles aswell but just being infantry with each a specific job works better i hope you use this in a video me and a group of friends did this on bf3 and yet to do it on bf4 thanks for the vids :) PS im joining the marines after HS and doing infantry

Mk11 mod. My favorite DMR. If you have a fast trigger finger put the holo 1x sight a folding grip suppressor and a 2x flip-up this is best for medium to short ranges. I got 50 kills with this load out on parcel storm rush.

I'm curious on how you use shotguns. I have been trying to get my shotgun medal dog tags and they are tricky to use. slugs vs buckshot? full choke vs modified choke. I really don't get the significance of the attachment combinations. I just recently mastered the UTS and it wasn't as bad as I was thinking it was going to be. AR-160 (Baretta's newest ARX-100 in real life i think) is a really good rife.. I suggest that one too. :) your videos are great LevelCap thanks for all the information.

I like the HD 1 times sight (chinese one). I dont know but on LMGs and DMRs this sight looks awesome. On the assault rifles I love the other chinese one ( dont know how to spell the name correctly). The Kobra sight is a must have on PDWs. The only weapons I use an ACOG are the snipers. Because like Level said: those sights force you to keep the distance. I dont have to say why you have to keep your distance with a sniper. ( Defensive Perk would be a Tip)

Probably because although it's accuracy, velocity and bolt speed are excellent, it won't one shot headshot at long range, so try it in mid range with a 4 or 6 times scope and really go for headshots, I hate the weapon but that's the best way to use it

idk, I use this weapon on occasion, and I usually do really well with it. I usually go for the 249, mg4, 240b, or the m60....but, this one is pretty consistent I have noticed. Which is an important quality to me, if I can count on a gun to function one way all the time it helps me do a little better because I know JUST what's going to happen when I pull the trigger.

Next gun mastery could be the AR160, I've starter using it again and it seems to be a really good medium range assault rifle!

I use the Ironsight instead of Magnifier. It seems to bug out sometimes... Plus I like the way they look.

I think its great with ACOG, Heavy Barrel and stubby grip (laser optional) but sadly LSAT is pretty comparable in terms of performance with similar setup.

I'm gonna vote for the RPK-12. IMO its just a flat out upgrade to the U-100. Basically just as accurate with more rounds and a faster reload speed.

try and love the AKU-12, I've been doing gun mastery as well and that one is the worst. So far i finished all the LMG's and only need the bulldog for assault rifles.

Please try the A-91, since the patch it has improved a lot and I now enjoy using it. It was probably the second worst Carbine out of them all. However what do you think Lvl?

Go with the PDW-R next. It has a carbine damage model with decent fire rate, and though it seems strange to put a heavy barrel on it, it actually works out pretty nice and becomes very comparable to the carbines, but with much better hip-fire.
