I honestly don't see a problem with "boosting" servers, like alot of games are great but once you add a system where the main way to continue to advance in said game is through the in game currency (BF:HL, GTA, RDR2, etc.) then servers like this will pop up cause people are not going to want to go through the struggle of server after server of just trying to earn enough cash to just advance.

I was once on a COD 4 server that had 100x XP, it was free for all, on Kill House…on hardcore. Even through the average life expectancy was 0.5 seconds you could easily move up 8 ranks in a single match
