The Galactica and her class were. The earlier ones weren't, before the Cylon's developed these hacking capabilities they had no need to defend against them.

Hamblin Approved how early in the war is this? Weren't the first Jupiter Battlestars launched 52 BTF. I wonder why the Colonials Haven't "Retro" fitted the older Warships (Similar to how Gaeta was able to downgrade the Mk VII Viper Computer) I also got the impression that the Cylons started off the war by Disabling everything Colonial that was networked enabling the Cylons to murder millions (Possibly Billions) on their first day of Revolution before the Colonials were able to push the Cylons out of the system beginning the War.

+Draconis The Wyvern I got this info from an antiquated Galactica Character Dossier written before the Miniseries first aired and was meant to be a general "Guide" for the producers and writers to follow. It described that everything including Gameboy style portable consoles were hacked by the Cylons and that it contributed greatly to the Cylon revolution. But its not definite canon as they changed Baltar's Homeworld from what the Dossiers said so... Deadlock is great and its canon.

I love how this space frame is the first step towards the second Cylon war raiders. Same swept forward "wings", two main drive clusters at the rear with a prominent forward "neck". The real connection is in the role the craft plays in combat. Heavy significance placed on cyber warfare and missiles with limited armor.

I would like a show covering the "Toaster" Cylons after they went their own way after dropping off the Humans/Human looking Cylons on Earth. Maybe something taking place 200k years later (Present Day).

By kill them first he means to say IGNORE EVERYTHING (other then attacking cylon small craft which can be almost as bad in they are not countered ) and kill them as fast as you can. And yes, I have inside info on this! :-)

Sidonia - Knights of Sidonia. I've always been curious of what the mass of rock on the ship was for.

Sidonia itself was literally built largely from the materials from that mass of rock and those where just the leftovers that they decided to keep so that they would always have spare materials to help repair the Sidonia with in the journey.

Do you do stuff from books? "Nostalgia For Infinity" will be cool to see. Ultra Light Hugger with Conjoiner engines. Quite slow relative to Sci-Fantasy ships that do multiple c but still cool.

I like the difference to the Manticore, the same forward weapons but with a serious sting if they keep the hacking up. I'm really interested to see if the early cylon carriers will be featured in this series, they look like modified cargo ships, wonder if there's a story there.

The first few Cylon ships are in fact repurposed colonial military ships, according to the gameplay videos so far. And later models do start to look a lot like the ships from the main series, including the classic, double saucered baseship. ^^ Spacedock even has a video of one of them out.

The Nemesis has the ability to fire 6 instead of 4 missiles, a third more than it's Colonial counterpart, the Manticore, if you fully overclock the weapons systems. It pays for that by having absolutely no rear defense, so it's totally helpless against Vipers and Raptors carrying rockets, while a Manticore can still defend itself with the rear light guns.

Blood and Chrome is indeed still canon. And many of the designs in Deadlock were intended to foreshadow refits across the war, culminating in what we see in Blood and Chrome. The alterations to the Jupiter class for example. (i.e. the Jupiter has tons of weapons in B&C cos they just got desperate in the late war and ditched all finesse and mission-specific equipment in favor of having a mountain of guns)

You're well within your rights to dislike the designs, but whether or not they are canon is not a matter of opinion. This is a licensed game, commissioned by the IP-Holders. The events of it's story and the ships therein are unequivocally canon.
