I don't know how that one happened. I think I have some problems. someone help, please? also try filling the balloons with helium, then tie it off and attach it to the disc. it will work better. me and my friends did that experiment as a kid.

But, then logically, gravity would lift the disc to the ceiling or higher (depending on location), until the helium emptied from the balloon, it wouldn't achieve what they wanted; like 1/16 of an inch from the flat surface.
