Glad to see you're well Koa! My spinal surgery was a tad gnarly than yours, but watching that old video really pulled me through that, last August. I was fused twice.. supposedly it takes a year for the spine to heal. But I'm taking my mushrooms daily. I wish my whole back was still healthy enough to surf. I am going to be travelling for 6 to 7 months in many countries, it would be nice to have a one stop shop but who knows, don't know if you can trust anyone.
