Bawarchi Style Double Ka Meetha is the classic Hyderabadi Dessert made in Hyderabadi functions, it's fried bread pieces in sugar syrup topped with khoya , nuts,pheni and garnish with silver warq, the most tricky point in this recipe is to maintain the Juicyness in bread pieces and not make it mushy too ,I have shared a lots of tips to make it perfect do try it out
Ingredients
Bread 1( Meethe Ki Bread)
Oil As needed
Water 1 glass
Sugar 750 gm
Milk 500 ml
Eilachi powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
Orange food colour 3 pinch
Khoya 250 gm
Pheni 100 gm
Almonds Cashews Nuts Kishmish 100 gm
Tutti fruity for garnish
Cherries for garnish
Silver warq for garnish
