The myth of that one unedible Tassie fish, the marblefish, was debunked by a new spearo to the fold, Liron. Proving that there really are no trash fish, only trash cooks. Keen to see how this changes things up in the near future!
Also stoked that I got permission from @MustinMusic to use my favourite Christmas song, Super Mario Sleigh Ride, on this little compilation. A nice finisher for such a tremendous end to/start of the year!

We missed you mate! Next time! It was just skinned fillets thrown in the fry pan. Was a little tough, but was surprised it tasted alright.
