Except, as the big headline at the end says, it's not in Munich, or München, it's in Muich. How can an opera company present all this and then misspell the name of the city in which the performances are going to take place in a headline? It's one thing for a commenter whose comment will be forgotten in about 15 seconds to make a typing mistake, quite another for an organization attempting to reach tens of thousands or more to not proofread before posting or not care enough to correct it. Disappointing. No that doesn't affect the quality of the music presented during the year, but they don't need a KZbin post to give their performances. How do I know? Because the Bayerische Staatsoper gave performances before there was an internet, TV, radio or mass media of any sort starting in 1653.

@@peterdevita6308 Why would it be difficult? Just spend 5,000 Euros for tickets and rent an apartment in Munich for nine months. Voila! You can go to 25 or 30 operas. If that's your passion in life and you had the money, you could do it, just like people go to see 41 NBA games or 81 baseball games of their favorite team in North America.

Tolles Programm, fantastische Stimmen : Yonceva, Harteros, Pretty Yende, Marlis Petersen, Damrau, Asmik Grigorian, Rachvelischvili, Caleja, Lawrence Bronwlee, Kaufmann, Erwin Schrot, Tezier, etc... Ich würde gerne Tosca und Norma sehen.....

Me emociona Saioa como Lady Macbeth, tengo la esperanza que resucite este personaje y la vuelva a poner en su lugar, como ya hizo con Abigail de Nabucco. Maravillosos los títulos, con muchos cantantes desconocidos para mi. No sé si ya ha empezado un cambio generacional, a ver si tenemos la fortuna de una generación que vuelva a la ópera, a la lírica, al compositor…ojalá. Muchas gracias ❤❤❤❤❤

Xavier Anduaga war vor einigen Jahren Schüler beim Star-Tenor Juan Diego Florez, durch ihn kam Anduaga wahrscheinlich zum Rossini Festival nach Pesaro. Er gab ihm wertvolle Tipps zur Stimmbildung🎶😍🎶.

No. He simply attended a Flórez masterclasss. Btw, Anduaga's voice is far better than Flórez's but regarding mastering their instruments Flórez is head and shoulders above.

Wrong informations: Kaufmann is one of 2 Radames (followed by Jade) and Castronuovo is 1 of 2 Cavaradossi (besides Kaufmann) !!!

No, the information is correct. Jonas Kaufmann is the only Radames in the 23/24 season. And Castronuovo is the Cavaradossi in 23/24 Tosca. During the Münchener Festspiele 2024, Jonas Kaufmann is the Cavaradossi (mentioned in this video at the end, but not detailed)

Mais um teatro que esqueceu o Sesquicentenario da estreia do Salvador Rosa no Teatro Carlos Fenice de Genova. Foi maior sucesso que o Guarani.
