my comment is for the average players like me, the more advanced skilled players can just skip it, they are far gone this point. The staff's ghost on this track was -by far- the hardest one I had to defeat in the whole game, and it took me 2 days to figure out how to beat it. The tip is regarding my combo. My combo to succeed was Yoshi /Yoshi bike /sponge wheels/ cloud glider. This combo made a great difference at once I started to experiment it. And my path was: round 1, path on the ice while round 2 and 3, path underwater. and to finish, at the exit of the cave on EACH round, I took way on the right (the turbo pads way).. With these settings and this strat, I could beat the ghost by almost one second, after some few tries. Hope these informations can help those average players like me who struggle to defeat this ghost. Otherwise, thanks for your good job Bayesic, lots of good strats in all your videos.

One of my top 3 favorite tracks in both MK7 and this game. On one hand I feel it works a bit better in MK7 physics but on the other hand this track is visually godlike in MK8D, love the music, and the increased difficulty of the track to time trial in this game as well as the ending shortcut helps separate it from its MK7 counterpart. Also races really well online too, despite the beginning being an item death trap. Still not nearly as bad as like the entirety of Squeaky Clean Sprint.

a tip i learned from meeting one of the best mk players in the us, i learned that you should try to stay on the ice bc you slow down so much, that even a super mini won't catch you up. Another tip is to stay on the left side. Suprisingly it is faster than the right path.

One of my favorite tracks in the series. Works better here than MK7 as well and the remix is awesome! At least it is to me.

I'm not sure if its worth it but going off the side of the left ramp right before it ends at the beginning gives you enough speed to clear the gap and you can still get a mini turbo right before launching off of it. It is much more consistent especially if youre playing a lower mini turbo combo.

I like this track because it is weird and unlike any other in the game. A little bit technical too. I found the sponge tires super helpful to beat the staff ghost

I’ve found this track surprisingly fun to play online. Thanks for the tutorial! I haven’t time trialed it at all, so I always wonder which paths are fastest.

2 more videos in Bayesic Training! I liked this track in MK7... though would have preferred Piranha Plant Pipeline. I reached worldwide Top 10 in 200cc for a few minutes at release... probably for the last time in this game.

I think this is the best 3DS track that was added through the BCP. TC is TC, RRM is forgettable at best, and 3DS RR although good, fails to capture the original atmosphere that the original version had. RIW managed to enhance the original track visually and gameplay wise with the new half pipe and shortcut. Definitely my second favorite track out of the wave, only behind Wii RR.
